Waiting impatiently to pick up my first BMW tomorrow morning and then drive to Pensacola for vacation.

It’s a 328i, if anyone is curious. My current car has 140whp (Scion tC, first gen) so I didn’t really need the power of the 335i. I just wanted a bit more ooomph.

The same over here in the Netherlands, drinking age used to be 16 and became 18 a couple of years ago, but everybody still celebrates 21 with boat loads of alcohol. Not sure if I’m going to do that though, I turn 21 in two weeks, but I also happen to have all my deadlines for university around that time.

The usual, the bottom of the fender gathers enough dirt for a small garden, keep moisture trapped and away it goes. Ford manages to have the most retardedly placed drain-holes that never work anyway, my older Escort suffers the same problem. The exhaust just rusted in the side of the mufler where it’s crimped/welded together

Oh yeah definitely would like some. Staying up near the Interstate, because I’m not shelling out $300 a night just so I don’t have to drive 15 miles to the beach.

Any beaches you’d recommend? Also, any non-seafood resturants you recommend? My girlfriend doesn’t like seafood and most of the ones recommended there are seafood joints. Any bars/pubs I should hit up?

Anything I should avoid?

White. I’d rather estoril blue, but it was from someone I personally knew and it had the two features I wanted most. Lighting Package and the black headliner. And also, it was $3k below KBB.

New calipers didn’t fix it either. Car stops perfectly straight, you can take your hands off the wheel... Until you step on the brakes hard. Then it increasingly pulls left. I’ve replaced pads and rotors, brake hoses and calipers. It has to be some kind of crimp in a brake line but I can't find it... They all look perfect on the outside. Grrrrrr.

For beaches when you go to Pensacola beach take a right at the light and drive instead of left towards flounders(stay to the left of the pier when looking at the ocean). The parking is on the side of the road, the beaches are less crowded, and it is nicer. Perdido and Orange beach are also a lot of fun, but longer drive (45 min-1 hour).

Restaurants - McGuires is the most famous restaurant in pensacola downtown and a lot of fun to go to. I really like the pork chops and steaks.

Jackson’s steak house is the fanciest and most expensive. Jaco’s is on the water in pensacola downtown and really nice scenery call ahead for a table on the bay and catch the blue wahoos(minor league baseball $10 tickets a lot of fun) fireworks on Sat. night if they are playing at home. My favorite bar is Old Hickory on Palafox.

I would go to downtown pensacola for dinner and skip the beaches for food. They aren’t that good, they are overpriced, and always packed. Palafox street is fun. Most importantly enjoy the sun and if you see some Vipers cruising around that was my old car club. Awesome people there. Cars and coffee on saturday May 28th at Carmike theater right off the interstate by Cordova mall 10-12pm. The blue and white viper was mine, all those guys and gals will remember it. Have fun!
